The circle at New Moon
A Monthly Sanctuary for Therapists, Artists & Caregivers
In a world that demands productivity over presence and certainty over complexity, it can feel like there’s no space to exhale.
The Circle at New Moon is an intimate, closed-group art therapy container held online every lunar cycle, where you can come home to yourself and to a gentle community of others who understand the weight of holding space for others.
Whether you’re a therapist, a creative, or a quiet rebel working at the edges of healing, this space invites you to pause, feel, and make meaning through the language of the body, image, and metaphor.
Why we gather
We are living in testing times, a “post-truth” era, if you will, where linear answers and fixed narratives often fail to hold the complexity of our lived experiences.
This group isn’t here to solve anything. It’s here to witness, create, and reconnect.
We gather to...
Reclaim creativity as a source of healing and clarity
Build soulful connections without performance or pressure
Rest our nervous systems in ritual, not routine
What to expect
Every session is shaped by the rhythm of the new moon, a time to plant inner seeds and meet the unknown with curiosity.
Each circle includes:
Grounding & guided imagery
An invitation to create (materials of your choice, tactile or digital)
Time to share and reflect in community (always optional)
Gentle ritual to close
You don’t need to be “good at art” or have any experience in therapy groups.
You only need a body, a soul, and a desire to be in something deeper than a scroll.
